I was so sad when I saw this ep, the pain in their eyes as all they can do is smile and laugh. Ik that one piece has a funny art style, but the art style balances all of the drama and angst. If we didn't have the comedic relief, then this would be a pretty heartwrenching and bad anime. Besides, ik it's confusing how you see someone laugh and smile, but they convey a different emotion inside of them. But that doesn't make them any less sad, angry or scared. People say that the window do the soul is through the eyes, they tell you how someone is feeling, what someone is thinking, and what they're about to do.
