Join me as i walk through Elton village in Cambridgeshire.
Elton is a village and civil parish in Cambridgeshire, England. Elton lies approximately 7 miles (11 km) south-west of Peterborough. Elton is situated within Huntingdonshire which is a non-metropolitan district of Cambridgeshire as well as being a historic county of England. Elton is a small village within the historic boundaries of Huntingdonshire (now part of Cambridgeshire), England. It lies on the B671 road. Elton Hall and the hamlet of Over End are located on the same road a mile south of the village.
Elton was listed in the Domesday Book in the Hundred of Willybrook in Northamptonshire; the name of the settlement was written as Adelintune in the Domesday Book. In 1086 there were three manors at Elton; the annual rent paid to the lords of the manors in 1066 had been £14.25 and the rent had increased to £16.75 in 1086.

You know, I can't keep up with you. Slow down! You've got a bit of a military stride, and I haven't even had my coffee this morning! Also, you need to be careful in Elton - there are hardly any sidewalks for pedestrians and the motorcars are all driving on the wrong side of the road! @@englishvillagewalks Just having my coffee now (it's bloody 12:19pm!) so I feel much better (and somewhat restored) after that march through Elton. But seriously, you don't have to slow down. (Were you running through part of the video? Or did you speed up the image in order to shorten the length of this posting? Either way, it was an impressive jog. I was winded just watching.) Other than the spookiness of the squirrel jumping from the tombstone to the tree branch (which your eagle-eyes caught for us) I have no complaints or suggestions for you. Just keep doing what you enjoy, and your viewers will find the joy that you are sharing.
