hello, you have to get the Prowess Soul Badge in order to make the Exhilaration Soul Badge.

Maybe next time, not that fast for a guide Video. And edit Text also im the Video like: normal Rotation: (all the Button), Burst Rotation (Button). Only saying that is for some beginners Hard to follow but of they could read too,they can Pause the Video at this point and try it out. 😁👍
