Very informative video. I hope at some point we stop using the term "political will." Decades ago it had meaning.
We have a Lobbyist to Legislator ratio in Washington DC of 35 to 1 (almost all corporate lobbyists).
So each elected legislator has 35 corporate interest personnel telling them what corporations will or will not support (and in some cases writing legislation - see ALEC).
So it's not "political will," it's now "corporate lobbyist will."
Once we start saying what it really is, it might help us with getting corporate money out if our political system.

Freedom of movement is by far the most important thing.

In real life we have got all these great methods with which to discuss, find solutions and include diverse voices. In commercial social media it's always the loudest voice that dominates.

Sure, what you need to do is to create a vacuum ( no interaction or engagement ) for them and that loud sound dies.

Digital Transfoirmation is a nonsence game without innovation and future, it is just business ...

There are groups researching 'poisoning' AI, which I think is fascinating.

Eye, trying top increase raining error. However, the corpos are aware of AI poisoning. So we need an arms race. On the plus side, you can get an AI to reveal its prompts!

I know how to build an actual AI, and nobody has yet. No, I won't.

Is that what you want? An instagram gateway or some shit? I can code that in 2 hours with Selenium and it isn't even difficult.

One problem I see is people using AI to write text for them and not understanding how it would erode their own ability to write and think for themselves.

I do agree that content creation is different from consumption, psychologically, on an individual level.

The is the _best_ solution to these issues:
All types of intellectual property laws must be fully abolished immediately, in any and all jurisdictions worldwide ✊
As an aside, IP laws were relatively young at Karl Marx’s time. He was unaware of how they worked, so he didn’t address them at all or about how they negatively affect the working class.
Against Intellectual Monopoly is the most informative book humanity has on the subject now. Against Intellectual Property is another incredible essay, but it’s written from a right-libertarian perspective so if you’re leftist like me you’ll have to read with an open mind and extract what’s helpful.
