El hecho de que Palma atraiga a tantos visitantes muestra cuán especial y valiosa es esta ciudad. Vivimos en una época en la que las personas pueden explorar y apreciar la belleza y la cultura de diversos lugares alrededor del mundo. Palma, con su rica historia y belleza, tiene tanto que ofrecer y merece ser admirada y apreciada por tantas personas como sea posible. Es una señal del desarrollo y la importancia que tiene esta ciudad en el mapa del turismo internacional.
@@WalkingThroughCities hay saturación y pierde originalidad, sobretodo cuando se instalan grandes franquicias internacionales que hacen intercambiables dos centros de ciudad cualquier del mundo. Los turistas no exploran la cultura, se hacen fotos en el centro de la ciudad. Lo único que lleva la masificación turística es a la dependencia de este sector, porque es fácil y rápido, pero las consecuencias nos nefastas para los pobladores, como la perdida de identidad, masificación, gentrificación y aumento de precios de alquileres, ente otros.
Entiendo perfectamente tus preocupaciones y tienes razón en cuanto al aumento de los alquileres, que es un problema real para los residentes. Sin embargo, creo que también hay aspectos positivos del turismo que no debemos ignorar. La presencia de turistas puede traer beneficios económicos significativos y puede estimular el desarrollo de la infraestructura local. Con una planificación urbana inteligente y políticas adecuadas, podemos encontrar un equilibrio entre preservar la identidad cultural y aprovechar los beneficios del turismo. Problemas como la pérdida de identidad, la masificación, la gentrificación y el aumento de los precios de alquiler deberían ser abordados por el gobierno mediante la imposición de límites y reglas estrictas para proteger a los residentes y asegurar un turismo sostenible y responsable, que respete y celebre la unicidad del lugar.
@@WalkingThroughCities y por eso protestamos contra la masificación turística. Porque 18 millones de turistas en Mallorca son demasiados. Hay que limitar muchos aspectos: número de turistas, prohibir el alquiler turístico en zonas urbanas, limitar la venta de viviendas a residentes. Y otras muchas cuestiones. esto es una isla con espacio y recursos limitados , con 18 millones de turistas por un millón de residentes y con un crecimiento de 44 nuevos residentes al año durante los últimos 20 años. Y todo el daño que hace a la forma de vida local. El dinero no compensa ni de lejos lo que se está perdiendo, lo que se destruye . Una lastima.
I understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that there are different perspectives regarding tourism in Mallorca. It is important to respect each other and to behave in a civilized manner. When it comes to protests, I believe we should express our frustrations peacefully. Everyone has the right to protest, but when a protest becomes aggressive, I can no longer support it.
