United staged a phenomenal second-half fightback to rapidly overturn a one-goal deficit and push themselves up to tenth in the #cinchpremiership table.
Against the run of play, Kevin van Veen netted his eighth goal in five games midway through a first period which the visitors dominated.
The Dutchman had the ball in the net once more a few minutes after the restart however the linesman's flag halted the claret and amber celebrations - a turning point in the match.
A fluid move down the left from United sent Ian Harkes charging along the by-line, and the American kept his composure to tee up Ilmari Niskanen who steered a tidy finish into the far corner from 15 yards - the winger's first goal of the season.
Just eight minutes later, Steven Fletcher was wiped out in the area by 'Well stopper Liam Kelly, resulting in a spot-kick which Jamie McGrath duly coneverted for the second week running.
The Terrors survived eight minutes of additional time to record back-to-back victories for the first time since January.

Superb stuff, 6 to go, we need I reckon a minimum of 3 wins, but I would say at least 4 wins to be totally safe, it is totally up to us now. Only we can lose it. Why is the second penalty not shown. I was there, saw it, 100% penalty! VAR is a joke. What is the point in having it?
I hope utd are contesting the yellow FFS!

Hey guys. I'm a celtic fan. Hope you don't mind me jumping onto your videos. I just wanted your opinion on this. What Is the level of animosity like between Dundee fc? I always wondered what it would be like If both Dundee's joined forces to unify as one solitary club. We all enjoy a derby, but you guys don't have any of the stupid sectarian hatred for one another, so how deep rooted is it? Would you be absolutely horrified at at the thought of this? I was just curious. Obviously you have 2 chairmen etc so probably not viable either way.
