Random Games: Detroit Tigers at Minnesota Twins (09/19/2009)

One day after his two-run homerun lifted the Twins to a 3-0 win over Detroit ( • Random Games: Detroit ... ), Michael Cuddyer did it again, this time hitting a three-run homerun in the bottom of the 8th to key a 6-2 Twins win. Carl Pavano hurled seven innings of two-run ball, outdueling Justin Verlander who had given up just two runs, too, before being rocked in the 8th.
