I know a landlord in FL that removes all the closet doors and ceiling fans from the homes he rents so he never has to repair any of them. Saves him time, money and frustration from dumb people doing dumb things. Keeping it real.

Love your videos. Although I don't work in maintenance I always enjoy seeing people fix things and you have some good advice.

Love the shirt. I always mix the fuzzmud in a gallon ziploc and kneed it together and then cut a corner off to fill holes. Flatten out the ziploc after and when the mud dries you have a nice little target for the kids plinking with slingshots, blowguns, or BBs.

That part looks like a flow restrictor, maybe a check valve too.

Ray if you don't wanna do the touch up paint on the caulk you can lay a strip of tape down on the drywall and then caulk like you normally do and spread it and when you pull the tape off it will be a perfect bead. Keep up the good work making due with what you got brother. I'm still waiting to win your raffle too 😂.

Thanks for all the video work man, that can be time consuming. Good tutorials. That bond hack is going in the memory box, that’s if there’s room, haha 😂 after 50 I think mine shrunk in half.

Bondo and spray foam won’t hold well for a long time I’ve had to do this many times in trailers you want to cut the top off big enough to slide a 2x4 in (I usually plane down a spare piece) then trim nail it in from both sides bondo your holes spray paint and your set never had it fail on me

    • @doug2700

Please Ray. Let us know how long the bondo and spray foam last.

I change the cheap plastic bottom guides on closet doors at least twice a week in my building. Tenants overload the closets and wonder why the doors break. Have to patch walls on every turn unit from them slamming them closed. I feel your pain buddy.
