If its the 1st lead role of kim yoo jung why then she was replaced "3 years after" by anorher person & her role became less important in the story at during the final episode. Just curious because i'm a fan of kyj. I just watched (a month ago) secret door because of her.
@@loretayoung9412 it's their age gap. At that time yoojung was only 14 and the male lead was 29 or 30 y/o so that's 15 years gap. And base on how the story goes it seems Jidam (Yoojung) will be of a romantic interest of Prince Sado ( Male lead) so a lot of k-netz were concerened of romantic scenes when Yoojung is still not of legal age. But the replacement should've not been done in the first place because there's barely any romantic scene in the drama.

He claimed that there was an agreement that if the ratings will be high then yoojung will stay and if not then they will replace her. But seeing the ratings of the drama it was really doing well in the first half when yoojung was playing the character compared to the 2nd half when she was replaced. I don't know if it's because of yoojung or maybe it's just the plot of story got messed up. I don't exactly know because I stopped watching it when they decided to replace Yoojung
