Few things to know: In Aug-Nov 1999Putin came to limelingt when he blew three apartment complexes in Russia to show to the Russian people that it was an act of Chechnyans. It was absolutely false. Chechnya had won the war with Russia and already got an agreement signed with Boris Yeltsin IN March-Aug -1999. There were no reason for Chechnyans to start another wor in just few months. The pact between Boris Yeltsin and Putin was to allow him to move on as his successor and Putin will not bring in any court case against Boris Yeltsin. By 1999 Boris Yeltsin had developed too much of curruption cases against himself and his approval rating was about 20%. Economy was down. There is much more to those blasts of appartment complexes. The way it was proven was the product which was used in sacks to put them under the apartment complexes were produced by only one company and they only used to be supplied to RUSSIAN MILITARY. During the execution of the fourth apartment, media who were in the lookout found the leak and caught red handed few KGB/FSB members trying to put the big sacks of bomb materials being taken inside the apmt basement. Putin came in the media and just said" these were sugar powder and it was some kind of KGB training course". Thst it and he walked away from the microphone. After that any reporter who tried to bwrote about it was killed. Only foreign media tried to cover but no Russian wanted to even talk about it. Putin did what Narender has done in India. Putin bought several media houses and generated his own rating. In few months he started showing his rating going up from 11%to 23% to 39%-53% to 83%. He won the election and then gave all Russian oligarchs to run different economic vertical markets. Thus the economy grew. Lets stop here. This is what Putin is. He will not hesitate to blow up his own population. So dont be surprised this war may continue for next few months. Ukrainians are sued to fighting Urban fitights. In cities Russians become vulnerable because the Ukrainians will start guerrella fights which Military generally could not fight. Finally they will have to leave. Now a days its even more difficult because West is supporting Ukharainians. More the rubbles around more vulnerable Russian military will become vulnerable because Ukharainians have then nothing to loose. West will gradually start boosting violating its arrangement with Russia. They all want to keep the fight within those rubbles of Uharain. West has enough money surrounded electronically to rebuild Uharain . It has a total realestate of $6B . West has amassed over $100B which will cover cost of equipment supply as well by the time Russians will withdraw.
Putin's claim of being surrounded by NATO countries, etc etc etc are all false. It shares its border with USA in Alaska. He should be more worried there than Europe. He just wants the CIS countries back in RUSSIA. He wants to show to people that he got all the lost land areas back to Russia and it can now be called as USSR. This isnt happenning because these countries have tasted fredom and what it is like being demoratic. NATO cannot treat Ukharain as NATO because Ukharain didnt sign the agreement. Last time Yogoslavia signed such agreement was in 2010 while it was given to them the application in 2001. There are sveral conditions for the country to agree upon and discuss in their parliament. Uharain is not a kid. They are a matured country and won 2014 war. So their parliament need to decide. No body is giving them carrots.
So, this war will continue but with all intl companies and financial systems have headquarters in US or in London, squeezing Russia financially is easy. They will let loose use of Russian oil gradually and squeeze the financial system of Russia. It will be a slow death for Putin. Think about Cocacola/Mc Donalds/ Google/ Linkedin/ Twitter/ Adobe/ Norton, etc withdrawing gradually. Fiunally someone will lay him cold and noone will knwo about it.

So yes this is basically a single country single people,and west lure them into war with Russia basically neither EU want Ukraine nor Nato because they know it will disturb power balance but moderate Ukrainian were given a dream by West and it brings war with their own people. One who knows European history can tell you how many European wars were fought because of military alliances and disturbance of power balance. Europe always need guarantees of its security and it fount itself into military alliances and that always brings war.
