You could quite easily split this into 2 videos: top 10 managers who created dynasties and top 10 modern day managers who’ve built their club. That way you can include people like Busby, Revie, Shankly, Cruyff, etc. and still give people like Pochettino credit for building Southampton and spurs.
Could put Klopp 3 times on this list, built up Mainz, Dortmund and now Liverpool. Same could be said about Pochettino with Espanyol, Southampton and Spurs.
Putting Simeone at # 9 is not fair. I say this as a Real Madrid fan. If it wasn't for my team, El-Cholo could have had 2 CLs under the belt and be considered one of the top 5 managers in History. He is still young and I reckon he will accomplish this one day.

After all, both made their clubs as successful. Bill Shankley also is questionable, I don't remember hearing him on the list. After all, he got Liverpool from rock bottom to the top of Europe. Many many great managers to stand here. BTW, I can't wait to see Covemtry City back in the top flight. Leeds made it, now I think it's time for Coventry and Nottingham to do too. I would love to see all the legendary English teams in the top flight even at the cost of some otherwise cool teams like Leicester and Bournemouth.
Poch has revolutionised spurs in the modern era. Gone from a shitty mid table team with awful players to a world class team in a champions league final
Sarri?? Really?? He doesn't do anything. I think you forgot Walter Mazzarri who actually the one who build legacy at napoli, and had won a trophy for napoli. Your forgot about Ancelotti and Arrigo Sacchi who build legacy with AC Milan.
The work of Sir Alex Ferguson needs to be replicated by Solskjaer at United as it will take 4 maybe more years to get back to anywhere near the top of the table but United must build long term by signing young players and not spending £100 or £150 million on players who are 28
Klopp could have been used for Liverpool too. We were a 1 or 2 man club ( gerrard, torres, suarez ) for years and hes really turned us into a force. Shows what kinda manager he is

Wenger both built and did tear down Arsenal and one thing is for sure he was way better at tearing the club down and doing the world a favor all at the same time.
The club who is on your picture now has the main reason Arsenal ended up how they did Wenger takes about 15% of the blame but Ivan will ruin AC Milan like he did Arsenal.
It's a bit of an outside shout this. But the Norwegian Nils Arne Eggen took Rosenborg to 13 consecutive champions leagues, as well as dominating the domestic league winning something like 13 championships in a row. Winning at San Siro against one of the better AC Milan sides is maybe one of the greatest fotballing moment of a nation that have never lost against Brazil in a competitive game. Still I hate Rosenborg being from another part of Norway, the respect for someone like Eggen is about as big as for Ferguson given the resources in comperason.
I don't know if this counts but jose gave Chelsea the winning mentality we have today. P.S. - money isn't enough look at psg and city struggling to win the ucl even with competent squad!
How did Wenger build Arsenal. They won a couple of titles only a few years before he arrived (89,91). Both those title came under George Graham and they played nice football. They briefly went backwards under Bruce Rioch. Then Under Wenger they had 8 years more of good football in which they won 3 titles, but even then couldn't be called the best side in country as they where up against Man United. These years they did play good football but for the next 14 it would get slowly worse. The club are now in a worse place than when he started. He was hired off the back of Arsenal having 2 bad years under a bad manager. However they where a good team with good players. Now they are not. Very few of the players at Arsenal when he left would ever get in the team they have now. The best 2 players Aubameyang and Lacazette both only signed just before Arsene left as leaving presents to make the team more appealing to any new manager coming in.
I'm an Arsenal fan, and i can accept Wenger in 4th. But putting Sir Alex as number 1 ahead of Guy Roux is absolute robbery. Fair enough, he completely revamped Utd, but Roux transformed a completely unknown club into one of the most renowned in France.
Wenger didn't build our team. He inherited the best back 5 at the time when he came and just added a few signings. The team was great long before he came
The entire back 5 during the invincible season was different to when he took over. He completely built that defence and team as a whole for arguably the best season in the clubs history, as well as the majority of the 01/02 double winning squad . So yes, he did build arsenal.

Yes and added more cups. 3 league titles isn't too shabby considering he was going up against SAF during that period.
