I make agricultural electronics in Guatemala , I would like to have a "test farm" in a cold climate with a large greenhouse as well as crops outside , I have calculated 19-25 Ha would be perfect but 8-40 Ha could be made to work. I also imagine spending my old age on this test farm (I am 54 now) , I like the Vitsyebsk area , near water would be perfect as my hobby is spearfishing. The land does not have to have a building but I must be able to connect to gas and I would need enough neighbors to be able to hire a caretaker without too much difficulty. Can you please give me an idea of how much money I'm talking about ? Sincerely , Robert
Connecting gas to your greenhouse is already a very expensive sounding idea. Contact directly please, we will try to see if there is a solution on the surface. +375293846689
@@MinskGuide Sorry I'm a "Gringo" in rural Guatemala , a phone is not an option , I had one once and was immediately extorted , it took 6 months and 2000 dollars to break the contract and avoid dying in prison (your family feeds you in prison and I don't have a family). The natural gas is for manufacturing bato buckets from recycled plastic waste shipped from here (Guatemala has a BIG plastic waste problem , one Guatemalan river is responsible for 3% of the plastic waste in the worlds oceans). I want to buy clean and separated plastic bottles , shred and bag them , and produce agricultural equipment from the waste but there is no economical source of energy here to do it , but Belarus has cheap Russian gas .
Nice information mr Andrew ❤
Glad you liked it.
Any assistance to the channel is welcome)

Well, that requires a very close research of the local industrial gas prices in BY.

If it's a serious property, not a village house, you are very welcome to message me directly.
You ever hear Belarusian or Polish spoken in the towns by locals anymore or is it only Russian now.
Mostly Russian, but I'm not frequenting little villages where this still may be the case.
@@MinskGuide is there any solution for fabricated houses in Belarus. any company is providing Fabricated houses in Belarus?
