My tubesheet MOC is SA 266 & 60 mm thk
Shell 14 mm thk (SA 516 GR 70)
DO I need to do PWHT for tube sheet to shell joint ?

In shell to tubesheet joint, shell thickness governs for PWHT requirement, as your thickness of shell is only 14, you dont have to go for PWHT

2:12 governing thickness of whole Equipment or just the max. Thickness of shell or head.?
According to code ,it should be only max. Thickness of head and shell
Let me know it is correct or not

Governing thickness is not a thk of shell or head... It is greatest weld thickness for all weld type... For more info. Read UW-40(f)
