- The road from Ayacucho to Cusco passes through nearly 600km of Peru's most winding, hilly terrain -- climbing up through the clouds toward snow-capped peaks, then diving down into warm, lush river valleys. The journey is a two day trek into remotely-populated, rarely-visited, breathtakingly-beautiful landscapes.
Filmed in 4K with the DJI Phantom 3. Edited and graded in Premiere CC w/ LUTs from Neumann Films. ND Filters from PolarPro. Sound Design by Juan Felipe Valencia (thecreativemotel.com).

+Austin Gabah -1 sharpening, -2 saturation, -2 contrast . No sharpening in post, just minor color correction. Thanks!

Did you encounter any problems because of the start-height? I read over 2400meters its not possible to fly with a drone, is this correct or could you start on higher terrain? Thanks

+Peter Vicich thanks for the comment. no stabilization, though a few clips have a lens correction to get rid of the "ultra wide angle" distortion look the camera can have depending on the type of shot. one of the clips is played backwards to match the editing rhythm

What are the laws of getting a drone into peru? Can anyone bring them on a short trip?
Hey Aaron! When you get into the city, go to the INC (National Insitute of Culture). Then ask for the permissions about flying in the main archeologycal points. I think fly above Machu Picchu or Saqsaywaman have a cost. I remember it was about 250 dollars. I lived in Cuzco until the last month. Good luck!

Mariano Lopez depende de él lugar y de la temporada, el desierto evidentemente es seco siempre pero partes de sierra están secas una parte del año y verdes en temporadas de lluvia, la selva si esta verde todo el tiempo
