Part 2: Avionics bay, motor retainer, recovery system, final assembly, finishing.
Just FYI, the raised rings on the nosecone aren't a result of the molding process but are actually marks for cutting the nosecone for two boattail sizes. It's a feature used by the Apogee Lexjet.
One question? What size is the Kevlar shock cord? I keep buying reels of kevlar but they are too thin... thank you
The shock cords are 8 feet long each, and appear to be about 300 pound test.

Question, Couldn't you use a fishing swivel with the clasp on nose cone off a short piece of kevlar sc ( shock chord) ?
@@terryperrott9913 probably. I use swivels in lots of places.
