@zachsdabest I've kept the same over/under grip on deads for 10 years and haven't found an imbalance. I've heard otherwise, but that's been experience.
can not switching your grip (under/over hand) lead to imbalances in your back? i tend to always use my right for underhand cause i dont have the flexibility in my left wrist
