    The creator of this video is claiming Fair Use (Section 107 of the Copyright Act) for the use of the images from the realtor.com website.
    I did the best I could naming the rooms because I don't have a builder's floorplan of the home.

    "Fair use is a legal doctrine that promotes freedom of expression by permitting the unlicensed use of copyright-protected works in certain circumstances. Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses-such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research-as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use. Section 107 calls for consideration of the following four factors in evaluating a question of fair use:"
    (1) "Purpose and character of the use, including whether the use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes:"
    ..."This does not mean, however, that all nonprofit education and noncommercial uses are fair and all commercial uses are not fair; instead, courts will balance the purpose and character of the use against the other factors below. Additionally, “transformative” uses are more likely to be considered fair. Transformative uses are those that add something new, with a further purpose or different character, and do not substitute for the original use of the work."
    The creator of this video is adding information about his book about Golden Oak to this Description. This video then is to let the viewer know about the book, which is a different purpose from the images on the realtor.com website, which are to sell the homes. The creator of this video believes this transformative use would more likely be considered fair.
    (2) "Nature of the copyrighted work:"
    ..."In addition, use of an unpublished work is less likely to be considered fair."
    The images in this video from the realtor.com website are published on that website,
    so the creator of this video believes his use of these images is more likely to be considered fair.
    (3) "Amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole:"
    ..."if the use employs only a small amount of copyrighted material, fair use is more likely."...
    Only one image (the minimal amount) of each location of the home was used in this video, so the creator of this video believes fair use is more likely.
    (4) "Effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work:"
    ..."In assessing this factor, courts consider whether the use is hurting the current market for the original work (for example, by displacing sales of the original) and/or whether the use could cause substantial harm if it were to become widespread."
    The creator of this video does not believe that he is harming the owner of the copyrighted work in any way; therefore, the creator of this video believes the use of the images from the realtor.com website is fair use.

    Hello Golden Oak builders! Currently (as I write this) this home is for sale at $14.5 M. I would be more than happy to purchase this home if the builders would like to lease it from me so they can use it as a showcase home (assuming all is within the rules of Golden Oak).     I love that outdoor fire pit. I think there is also a Star Wars themed bar in the back of the movie theater. What’s your favorite part?

      I think you are right about the bar in the back of the Millennium Falcon - themed movie theatre; I had not really noticed that. Sometimes I am trying to get these videos done quickly so things about the home get by me. There is a lot to like about this home. I love the swimming pool and the surrounding area; I would spend a lot of time out there. I like the Study a lot; I would get a lot of work done there. I like the Owner's Suite, with the fireplace and the sitting area. I think the detached Guest Casita (not shown in this video, except one can see its stairs in the background of the Motor Court image), with the garage below and the Suite above (accessed by the stairs), is interesting. I really like the Disney Park - themed stained glass windows in the arches above the Entrance to the Courtyard.
