Absolutely love the content!! I watch several different channels but this one is one of my favorites. I used to have a couple Camaro's and a Firebird with a 383 but sold them when I had my first son. Post divorce I regret ever selling them. Nowadays I take care of my mom and I drive her around in an old PT Cruiser and that's all it can do is cruise when it's running. You all have rekindled the racer in me and I dream of the day I can have something that can do more than just cruise. Lol.. God bless y'all and keep up the good work fellas.
Man I love this content, some of my favourite on TH-cam. I’m a Heavy duty diesel tech but this stuff gets me just as excited. The CNC work that goes in to those heads and especially the rocket shaft assembly is simply amazing, proline builds some masterpieces to say the least. Can’t wait to see this car hurt some feelings at NPK!
Drag racing is tuff, super hard to constantly push the envelope, stay ahead of the game and be consistent all at the same time. All this hard work shows as well as the fact your crew doesn’t let off. Kudos to you guys, AWESOME to watch, next level.

My favorite car looks wise is probably Larry Larson caddy. No car “scares “ me but the one that will probably keep me on my toes is Justin swanstrom Lexus. Same combo, for the most part, he actually has a little better newer design motor and a better 5 spd trans. I have a feeling he’ll be my biggest competition this year. Scott Taylor also is one I keep an eye on and the bird boys looks promising. Lots of fast cars and I’m sure there will be another handful that get ironed out mid way through the season. Will be a exciting npk season !!!
I haven’t been inside a complete engine tear down sense we closed down our race team. I think he's going to like that ProCharger setup you don't have to bump in like you do with the turbos to build boost and the power is right there no turbo lag or nothing.. it will take a minute to get used to but everybody's going to big prochargers..GOOD LOOKING CAR,LOVE THE PAINT SCHEME. I agree with you 100%. I've done the same with all the engines I've ever built. And have the record to prove it.💯 no ROD failures in 20+yrs Do the same with valves just more often.

That’s cool that the heads come off without pulling the intake. Also doing it this way makes it muscle memory to do it at the track if needed. Probably don’t want to pull the motor at the track and put it on a stand just to change rods.

I haven’t turned wrenches in a long time but I enjoyed watching this build video!! Haven’t seen any blood 🩸 yet so I know you guys are pros.. We keep a lot of clean shop rags and back then they didn’t have to go to a bio hazard washer to get the blood out..

I watch the rebuild and its crazy seeing you guys using the stuff we use to run back years ago when we ran alcohol funny car and also in top fuel. We ran the Brad Anderson stuff and it was always fast. I like seeing you guys going to the hemi. I know first had about putting windows in the block. A set of rods are just way cheaper. I hope you guys kick ass this year in the gray ghost hot rod!
