Asalam Alaikum broyhers and sisters. I am starting this series today as a new Muslim. i took shahada 3 months ago, and i want to know everything about the Deen. Patience is the key for me, but i will start here and learn more about The Prophet Muhammad SAW. Inshallah. Alhamdulilah.

Any one starting to watch/listen to this seerah(biography) please dont give up on the first episodes, with time the series will become more intriguing and fascinating, by the end you will have tears in your eyes when you reach the prophets(saw) last days.

Shortest summary I can give you about it .... I have never been to Medina .... And whenever I think about Medina .... My eyes tear up and I am ready to do anything just to see the rawda of rasoolallah sal lal laah Ho alayehi wa sallam... I can honestly say fidaka ummi wa abi ya rasoolallah sal lal laah Ho alayehi wa sallam.... After your seerah I listened to many more seerah's from scholars around the globe .... Can't even count how many ..... Again listened to your seerah... I'm 25 episodes deep in this series, and there's not really a different way to give a review on TH-cam... so into the Jehim that is the TH-cam Comments Setion: This is the best English language series on the Sira you will find online for free. Shaykh al-doktur Qadhi, in addition to being an engaging orator, does an amazing job at presenting different viewpoints of scholarship (and making clear when he is presenting his own) on the Sira and the Ahadith that are used as supporting evidence. It doesn't matter if you are just curious about other religions, or are studying Islam at the graduate level, you will surely find something beneficial in this series, regardless of whether you are Muslim or not. Also, he sometimes goes into a bit of a khutbah about being Muslim in America which I find inspiring and progressive, even though I am not a Muslim, and he (by his own admission) is not even much of a progressive!

Nurunnisa Begum it is an innovation to say (pbuh) or (saws) when you speak about the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, you have to say the complete praise (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), or type it. Why take a short cut when mentioning Nabi sallallahu alayhi wa sallam? Is He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam not worth the extra time it takes to type the proper praise? Baarak Allaahu feek May Allaah Azza wa Jal increase us all in understanding of the deen of Al-Islam and the Sunnah of RasulUllaah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and grant us all Jannat-ul-firdaus Allaahumma Aameen ya Rabbil’alaimeen

I have developed an even greater love and respect for the Prophet PBUH, and I feel this seerah has made me closer to Allah SWT and aware of how Just and Extremely Merciful our Lord is, سبحان الله

Shortest summary I can give you about it .... I have never been to Medina .... And whenever I think about Medina .... My eyes tear up and I am ready to do anything just to see the rawda of rasoolallah sal lal laah Ho alayehi wa sallam... I can honestly say fidaka ummi wa abi ya rasoolallah sal lal laah Ho alayehi wa sallam.... After your seerah I listened to many more seerah's from scholars around the globe .... Can't even count how many ..... Again listened to your seerah... Listened to thousands of lectures after that ,,, literally thousands ,,,,,, had khair in all of them ,,,, but one thing everyone had in common was this,,,,,that my opinion is the right one and every other opinion is second or incorrect,,,, lot of ikhtelaf ,,,, love was scarce ,,,, so finally I got fed up and I am starting to listen to your seerah for the 3rd time to take me 1400 years ago in the past,,,, oh how I would SACRIFICE everything to be born in that time,,,,,, jazakallah khair ya shaykh ,,,, as only Allah can give you the jaza for such an effort,,,, love you shaykh ,,,, wassalam

I'm 25 episodes deep in this series, and there's not really a different way to give a review on TH-cam... so into the Jehim that is the TH-cam Comments Setion:
This is the best English language series on the Sira you will find online for free. Shaykh al-doktur Qadhi, in addition to being an engaging orator, does an amazing job at presenting different viewpoints of scholarship (and making clear when he is presenting his own) on the Sira and the Ahadith that are used as supporting evidence. It doesn't matter if you are just curious about other religions, or are studying Islam at the graduate level, you will surely find something beneficial in this series, regardless of whether you are Muslim or not.
Also, he sometimes goes into a bit of a khutbah about being Muslim in America which I find inspiring and progressive, even though I am not a Muslim, and he (by his own admission) is not even much of a progressive!

Nurunnisa Begum it is an innovation to say (pbuh) or (saws) when you speak about the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, you have to say the complete praise (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), or type it. Why take a short cut when mentioning Nabi sallallahu alayhi wa sallam? Is He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam not worth the extra time it takes to type the proper praise?
