Whether she liked it or not she was tied to the decisions that Biden made. None of them cared when they lifted the immigrant policy's that kept that border sealed. That alone took out of the mouths of millions of Americans and caused violence and death, and she didn't think she had to answer to any of that .. she avoided answering questions pertaining to that but thought she was going to become the president of the United States! The fact that she refused to apologize was just cold. So out of touch with our reality poor veterans that served this country had a difficult time securing a shelter and food because it was being given to immigrants. This is definitely not about black and Latino men its bigger than that.

The supply chain shortages, economists say, ignited the inflation increase, and Russia’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine - which prompted an oil price spike and other trade interruptions - worsened it.
In the roughly three and a half years since Biden and Harris took office, prices have risen by 19.4%, while wages have risen by 17.7%. That means that during the Biden-Harris administration to date, wage increases have lagged price increases by a cumulative 1.7%, or less than half a percentage point per year.
The comparison looks more favorable to Biden and Harris if someone uses as the baseline February 2020, the last month before the pandemic started. Economists consider this a useful comparison because that was the last month before the pandemic, which began distorting economic data. Since then, prices have risen by 20.9%, and wages have risen by 23.3%. So, during that period, Americans’ spending power has run ahead of inflation.

These are not the days of traditional Republicans. Trump is not going to take away SS or Medicare. In fact, he proposed to remove all taxes for SS during his campaign, which would undoubtedly help you. While everything might not be what you want, you must realize that Trump is not ideological beyond America First. As long as you are not an illegal immigrant or criminal, you will not be targeted. He wants to be liked and do popular things. Getting rid of SS would be the last thing that would be popular, and so he will never do it. Just watch and see.

TRUMP didn't win because he is so smart and 100 percent for the country! But he ran of the fear that he set in motion. Trump woke up the very next day of winning, and he was a billion dollars 💸 richer. Did you see any new money 💰 in your account the next morning. The everyday person that has so many criminal things going against him. Say the things Trump did during this election would never have won this election. Nor would they ever been given the chance to run! Only in America 🇺🇸..

I'm not sure the criticisms that she didn't speak enough about policy really holds up under scrutiny. She spoke enough, people just didn't agree with the policies. They had the last 4 years of personally lived experience to make their decision. No verbalization of 'new' policy can remove a persons memory.

How could she ever have driven the key issues hard when she's part of the problem? I assume that is why she couldn't say much about the key issues because she was the last to leave the room in every vital decision that caused the issue. Dems would have been better off with just having a primary and picking the best candidate. But oh no, they couldn't just abandon the pot of gold that was the campaign funds, which in hindsight, wouldn't have mattered because they had a lot more money with contributions anyway.

Honestly… her loyalty to Joe cost her everything. Low key, she has a great connection to big tech, had a lot of good people in her corner from both sides, and probably would’ve been much better than Biden, but refused to tell anybody why and spent 85% of her screen time complaining about what Trump did 4 years ago and almost nothing about what she did for the past 4 years.
Stephen mentioned the moment. She claimed she was going to be a different president and when she was asked “how?”, she on two different occasions said “nothing comes to mind.”

Stephen nailed it. Harris was surrounded by so many intellectual people who could have advised her or saw this coming and could have warned her, so what happened? On the surveys going around, people were being honest about expressing their concerns and what they were looking for. But she was not a strong candidate to begin with.

  • @otter4771

What? She addressed the cost of living right away. It was her first policies she came out with. She constantly said her first priority was to help costs. Trump had...tariffs? Bottom line, she got blamed with Biden for corporate price gouging.

Biden shouldn't of ran a second Term, and/or should have stepped down sooner, also a primary should have happened, not just anoint Kamala as our candidate. WE now have Trump democrats, he's expanded his base. Democrats have to recalibrate, no more California candidates to run for President, not Gavin Newsom....they don't resonate with Middle America.
