    Nice, I already done it on the first day released.
    But stay on the new default timming 25. And no diferences, on the temperatures neither rpms using same governor output.
    After many flights on my hobbywing 120a, i noticed improvement on the response without decrease the flight time that already have when using the 15 timming on the previous firmware.
    So I will stay on the 25 has day day as default.
    Speak with some factory pilots and yes, they advise to keep on this new timming value 👍

      Yes, the Hobbywing factory has recommended this setting because of the protocol with Vbar so the default setting of 25 will give you better performance.

    Thanks Dave, I have this set up in a TB70, 200A HW4.1- VControl classic.
    Question about the start up time, seems very hit and miss on my setup, upon first power up I sometimes get the nice soft start for the default 10 seconds but after that its about 5 or 6 seconds from spool to target HS which is unsettling the heli.
    I notice on your bench setup that its also way under the 10 seconds that your programmer box was reporting.
    AR bailout seems ok, recover 1.5s, AR timeout set to default 25s, even waiting a minute in either "motor off" or "motor idle" i cant get the 10sec spool up back until a power cycle, and even then it may not work. Bug? any thoughts? I reflashed @ 4.1.00 but no joy.

      Hi Tony. Thanks for your comments. It might be a bug. Try setting it up in STO mode and see how it works in this. Let us know how you get on.

    Hi Dave, appreciate the video. Quick question. I'm noticing my bailout doesn't respond, it's seems to reset to slow startup after flipping to AR and back to run again. How do I alter the bailout timing?

    • @flyinfishrcguides1393
      @flyinfishrcguides1393  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Have you set the AR value to 35 in the Governor parameter menu on your transmitter?

    • @floating1351
      @floating1351 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@flyinfishrcguides1393 I have it set at 10. Should it be 35? Also, have you noticed the multifunction box doesn't want to connect to either the PC or the ESC with the ESC's wires plugged into the Vbar. I'm running the latest HW 120A with the latest updates including the HW LCD Box with the latest updates paired with the Vbar EVO. I have yet to try unplugging the ESC from the Vbar to see if then allows the LCD box to sync with the PC and/or the ESC.

    • @flyinfishrcguides1393
      @flyinfishrcguides1393  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@floating1351 Yes, it should be 35 & this will trigger the autorotation bailout. When you want to programme the ESC, do not have the transmitter switched on. Also, it is best to disconnect any telemetry lead in the side of the ESC and plug the multifunction box directly into the ESC.

    • @floating1351
      @floating1351 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@flyinfishrcguides1393 Could it be between 10 and 35? My bailout is working, just figured I had to adjust the duration (such as your 1.5s delay) in the ESC parameters. It doesn't matter whether the Transmitter is fully off or not. I've tried both. What happens, when you plug the LCD box in and add power. It says, connecting to PC or connecting to ESC, you just never see the "please wait"... It'll just sit there forever. I'll try unplugging from the Vbar. Will let you know if this works.

    • @flyinfishrcguides1393
      @flyinfishrcguides1393  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@floating1351 No, it has to be 35. If you have a fan on the ESC, this is powered from the telemetry lead and the fan plugs into the female connector. If you try plugging the multifunction box into that connector, the box will never connect. Make sure you disconnect the telemetry lead from the ESC totally and plug your box directly into the side of the ESC. Let me know how you get on.
