❤The origin country of Kuttu is Sri Lanka and you can check it from google. But parota is famous in all south asian countries. And Sri Lankans use a special type of parota which is known as "Godhamba rotti" to make Kottu. ❤❤

    Kotthu roti is 100% Srilankan
But the roties you get all over Asia.
In Western world making kothu definitely going to be Sound polution and environmental hazard 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
But this part of the world uts also a part of day to day life.
For kids always better order cheese kothrhu with eggs and milk.

If anyone is wondering why Hindu Gods are in Buddhist Temples, that's because when Sri Lanka had a kingdom, the king married Indian Princesses together with Sri Lankan Princesses as a diplomatic duty. That prevented invasions from India. In ancient Sri Lanka, all the legitimate princes had the right to the throne no matter how many queens king has. So the Indian rulers asked to marry their daughters because they wished one day their half-indian half-sri lankan grandchildren would rule sri lanka. When king build Temples, the Indian Queens asked to include Hindu Gods in them so they can worship them while king visits the temple. Later it became a part of Buddhist culture. Now they are worshiping Hindu Gods together with Sinhalese Gods.

I'm afraid that he may added less spices than normal kottu roti...you could've asked normal spices(srilankan way)for kottu roti....it's rather tasty with spices...
Yeah, chicken gravy is the most perfect combination for kottu...😋👍

It was a little spicy but they mostly give me less spices because they seem to think that foreigners don't eat spicy, probably because many don't.

@@yvesthesleeve yes. Less spicy, is kinda normal for the foreigners. The "real spicy" in Sri Lankan terms will make you cry. 😂

Kottu Roti looks like the equivalent of egg fried rice, with finely chopped bread instead of rice.
