No hating on her, she looks amazing and strong, but there is something wrong with my GPS watch if that's a 3:33 pace. Maybe I should get a new GPS watch!!
not really-pretty solid workout with relatively short rests and she looked pretty relaxed doing it...plus you always go a little faster once you put a number on and have people to run with!
@@docpj72 I have to disagree, but I'm no expert. It so happens that I run *exactly* that session (6x1000 at 3:35 pace with 1:30 recovery), but my all-out 5K PB is 18:10. Going sub-17' would take more than just motivation, it's really a world away from what is doable.
@@AT-zr9tv look at the workout-she is probably doing them at 85% on her own also, as the coach mentioned the focus was on keeping form, not going all out, she probably could go 15 seconds faster each repeat, but that was not the purpose-just my 2 cents!
Wow, this place looks like a paradise for avid runners. Greeting from Singapore.
Its nice, but its small and gets boring quick
@@icushfu732 do u mean this place in the video or Singapore? 😂
@@thepathfinder7230 the place in the video lol
So where is the rest of the team?
BEAUTIFUL NATURE FOR TRAINING.
Congratulations
💪🔥🏋🏽♀️
Weird pacing eh ?

Akrem Amara 333 per 1k
loll
She clocks 3'35" kilometer repeats, but aims for a low 17' on a 5K? That sounds ambitious.
A T she probably does a lot of work on her mileages too. She's having more balanced training
@@heinousmf Still, her 1K repeats are well below the target race pace of sub-3:25
