Also, a quick fact about Tax Evasion: It doesn't count as a single upgrade, meaning you can still get Jump even if you get Tax Evasion. In Endless Timeless, that means you can technically have 7 upgrades instead of 6. Drifter's Burden negative effects will still be removed if you take no damage by other stuff (self damage doesn't count). If you get Death and Taxes and Tax Evasion, you get 50% power passively and when you're below 25% health, tax evasion healing occurs (basically Artisan's auto repair but faster).
