How can Sarah say that children make you humble when Donald has 5 children by 3 different women and has never been humble a day in his life! She's a nepo baby who should be humble that she's in her position.

The school lunch debt is so disturbing & shameful. Thank you Andrew, a child should not be worried about or penalized for eating lunch. That's not their responsibility!

I didn't know that was a thing until I moved from NY to OH and one of my co-workers was trying to pay the school debt for his twin 1st graders. How is that even a thing? I would happily pay my higher state income tax in NY if it helps cover lunches and tuition for 1st graders in a public school.

They have no idea how terrifying they have made healthcare for us in healthcare. I’m a new physician and I’ve had a few patients who have miscarried and I have been absolutely terrified living in a red state. People truly don’t understand that abortion is an all encompassing term that also includes D&Cs and other procedures that folks may need post miscarriage. Retaining fetal parts is literally LETHAL. Abortions are also needed for things like ectopic pregnancy where the egg implants in the fallopian tube. 😢

I had a co-worker who felt the same about free school lunches. The view was that if you give a child free lunch at school, it teaches them that the Government will take care of them so they are less likely to work. UNTIL her own nephew expressed to her as an adult how he laid awake at night when he was a kid, wondering how he was going to come up with $1 for lunch the next day. How he went to school hungry most days because his parents, who worked by the way, couldn’t afford to send him to school with $1 every day for lunch. How he was soooo happy when his younger sibling was born and the family qualified for free lunch, and he no longer had to wonder how to come up with $1 for lunch every day. How he is honored to now be a working adult who can pay into a system that will provide free school lunches so that other children don’t have to lay awake at night trying to figure out how to come up with lunch money.
She didn’t know at the time this was happening. After hearing from her nephew, her viewpoint changed. Maybe the MN legislator needs to broaden his sphere of influence and go out to meet the people impacted by the policies he votes on.

Moral of the story, there are people who simply don't care about other people unless it hits home and effects them or someone they love. That's the only time they have compassion, love and tenderness for the masses in regards to policies. It's truly sad.

I have noticed a pattern or correlation with people, mostly those of a conservative nature, but to a degree , true with a lot of people in general. They struggle to see the world outside of their own experience or ideologies, and they sincerely struggle with empathy for issues or people outside of their particular group or ilk. It has to hit home so to speak in order to register.

As someone who's not able to have children not by choice Sarah Huckabee Sanders' comments struck a nerve. It offended me not because I'm unable to have children, I've made peace with it. But to be made a bad person because I don't have a child because she doesn't know everyone's situation. She needs to be ashamed of herself. Great show as always.

Ditto, I see it everyday in social services. Housing insecurity…Homeless, food insecurity and mental health issues. It’s becoming intentionally cyclical and it’s extremely difficult to do the work when the resources aren’t being made available. Although this is a national problem, FL is a cesspool that I’m trying to get out of.

Every child deserves the opportunity to start their day with a nourishing breakfast and benefit from a wholesome lunch at school-an experience that should be abundant and rich in nutrition. These meals should not just fill their stomachs but serve as a foundational aspect of their education. By introducing students to healthier options early in life, we empower them with the knowledge necessary for making better dietary choices that can positively influence their well-being for years to come.
Imagine a vibrant learning environment where nutrition becomes a central theme, magnetizing children with the kinetic energy they need to thrive academically and socially. Instead of traditional classes that often lead to disengagement, we can create dynamic curricula that captivate students’ attention, infusing their learning experience with the importance of healthful eating.
When students are engaged and excited about their learning, they are more likely to absorb crucial life lessons. Let’s prioritize strategies that make nutrition an integral part of education, igniting a passion for healthy living that can transform not only their lives but also the communities they inhabit

Every Child should be provided free breakfast and lunch at school and it should be bountiful and nutritious...It should be a part of their education how to eat better and show them healthier options early. That's something that's going to carry them for the rest of their lives. Not some random class about a subject that has the kids tuning out from the beginning. If we set up Curricula that engage the students, they will want to learn.

    Hi,
I was moved by your openness and willingness to share your very personal and emotional challenges. I could hear and feel in your voices how difficult this was to talk about.
Yesterday's podcast topics for discussion were very informative.
I agree, as Tiff said that the questions were interesting and Angela pointed out some of them had already been either submitted or the VP has them on her things to do list, once she is elected President.
Andrew, I feel your pain because my wife and I experienced that. Angela, I am not sure if we were aware of IVF 50 years ago, but never the less not being able to have a child is painful.
I don't condone violence, but I do have questions about the alleged assassinations that don't border on impaty. Your guarded thoughts?
The gop childcare mindset isn't based in reality, thanks Tiff for the policy breakdown and great dialogue everyone for your imput.
Looking forward to your next podcast. Chris

I don't know how Vice President Harris/Waltz going to be able to do every thang. All I know is I have to do my part at my local and state election. Shit that's how Vance got in office people was too busy fighting each other. Stay WOKE 😂

I love y’all podcast, it’s a breath of fresh air to hear something different and “logical politics” (Just my opinion) because I don’t watch much of the news and it’s too much rhetoric on social media ❤
