@@TripleC_Lifts lol I want to put mine back there too. I have two kicker amps that are mounted to an under the seat speaker box now. but I don't like that you can see them plus the subs have to be vibrating the shit out of them
I've been trying to figure out the back seat configuration and have watched more videos I care to count for weeks after buying a 2013 F-150. Very informative. Many thanks !
This video was very helpful. as far as I can tell it is the best and only video that helped me address removing my rear seat. Obviously it was specific to the make and model I have and was really helpful. Thanks
Hallelujah, a video with someone who knows what they’re doing and films and demonstrates it properly! No thanks to the Ford designers , who can go take flying leap off of a very high cliff, thanks and good job sir 😊
Finally, a video that actually shows exactly how to do it without glossing over important overdetails, like the angle that screwdriver needs to be inserted at, and doing so the visual with the SEAT REMOVED so I can see what the fuck one is actually supposed to be doing with the screwdriver. Thank you! 🙏🙏
Some of you guys are arm chair movie critics. Who cares what other stuff he showed or the quality of the video. What he did show is that it is not as easy as some of the others videos out there that show us, they only show a screw driver put in, barely a tug and it’s done. This is over all a good video that shows how to remove the back seat. I think the so called critics out there need to make their own video so we can find fault. I have looked at the other videos, then looked at my seat and said , “Nope”, but now, knowing what to expect, I think I can go out and remove it. Thanks for a real time, real life view of how this can be a pain in the butt to remove the upper part of the 2007 F150 back seat.
Jack wall Yeah you're right..... sorry for the confusion. At the top of the seatbelt there is a plastic cap with two screws in it. Pause the video at 3:36 and you can see the cap hanging from the seatbelt. Remove those and your in business. Hope this helps.
You are the man. I want to run new speaker wire to the rear speakers and need to pop the corner panels off to do so. Gotta remove the back seat to pop the panels. Thanks!
My friend, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I have been messing with this seat back in my 2011 Ford F150 for an hour now trying to find the trick to release that seat back. I can't thank you enough for your informative video here. You now have a new subscriber. Keep up the great work sir!!!!
AS much as a I appreciate how to videos, you seemed to skip the most important part, which is how to get the seatback to lean forward. I can't understand why you skipped that part when as you said, it was such a pain in the ass. Not sure if the 2007 is different than the '08 but most videos I've seen for other models show some sort of bolt necessary to remove from the seatbelt bracket that the belt attaches to, which this model does not seem to have, as well as mine. Can you show how to get the seat to lean forward?
The seat doesn't lean forward he started with it forward to show the hooks you have to get the clips to release before you can get the seat to pull up and then go forward
My 2007 f150 has 3 straps attached to felt behind seat. Left side, middle and right. What is use of these? Looking for leak in rear sliding window. Thanks.
Just a word of warning. All this time I thought I had a 2007 F-150. After looking for an hour for the black clips that were supposed to be along side the child seat restraints, I decided to look at my vehicle ID tag on the door. Turns out, that after owning my truck since 2013, I don't have a 2007 but in fact an 08/2006 model. And the search continues for how to removed the rear seat back.
Just give me 10 seconds with the person that thought this was the best backseat design for this truck lmao
Fr i lasted a few HOURS and couldnt get it 😠

I should of known. The Ford Taurus is the exact same way... The easiest explainable video!
I have been trying your method for a while now with no success. But I will keep trying...

you're quite welcome :)
Is this a seat removal video or are you gonna keep talking about what you did to the entire truck
Thank you! This finally shows the actual connection points and latch I’ve been looking for. This inst even in the manuals I have.
I was pulling my hair out as well…..I’m glad it helped you :)
I have same truck and have thought of how to enhance the dash just like you did. Would like to discuss information on what/how you did it.
Sweet video man! I get to look at your back while you poke god knows where
Thanks a lot man. It is a hand bone breaker but I finally released it in 10 minutes.
Fast forward to 9:50 and watch for about 20 seconds.

Good job of showing what we need to do because I think that’s what mine is I don’t have a latch in the back
great video i have watched several on seat removal. yours was the most informative. thx
Thanks I couldn't remove it. Thanks for your help
nice ideah to put booster there ,its great in fact ,or sub woofer, gonna take 2004 seat back and look ,it may be different way with wrench hook .
Fantastic Video. Saved me hours of frustration.
Thanks for the video man! Helped me find a micro SD card I lost back behind the seat on a drone aerial project.
go 1/2 inch to the left of that button on the driver side, 1/2 inch to right of button on passenger side to hit the plastic clip easy
Does your seat bottom fold up? Would it be in the way if it did.?

The leak is probably coming from the third brake light. Put marine grade silicone sealant around the housing and you should be in good shape.

Do you think there is any way to mod the seat to make it fold down like the next generation of f150's do?

Bro thank you. Your the fucking man I’ve needed this video for so long everything I’ve seen before was for the crew cab… and not the same at all

Omg I still cannot get the screwdriver in the right spot. I’ve been trying to get the seat off for a month.
Guys, quit voting him down. This was uploaded on April Fools day. He's not really this stupid and shit at uploads, he was just playing

Trying to make it through this video, hoping that seat don't rip, hard to concentrate, will it damage, haha

All 2004-2008 should be the same procedure
there are no lower tabs like the one he presses in with a screwdriver on pre 2007
, you just have to remove the seat belt cover and shoulder it
Blessings bredda
Let me show you how fast this is. Look at my back.
Thank you
I’m glad it helped :)
