    Sorry for the unclear calculation in the video. The cord length will be 90cm for 3 cords. Thank you!

      Did you mean... Each cord has to be 90 cm each? Otherwise the video was well explained I completed my first macrame keychain successfully 😊

    Excellent video. I did use wrong length as you stated but started over and finished with a nice product. Your direction regarding which hand to use to pull up in order to get the correct angel was SO helpful to me as a beginner and will serve me well in future projects. Thank you for your work!

    Just a tip, from a professional crafter....
    Watch the vid maybe 2 to 3 times, before attempting to follow along.
    This will help your brain to fathom what it saw, and will sink in before you will be able to understand what this person is doing and be able to do what you saw.
    It really is not that difficult to understand and do.
    Practice with any type of thread as well👌🏼

    Wish id read the comments first, just attenpted this with the wrongs lengths as said in the video of 60cm total length - half way throigh i assumed maybe it was meant to be 60cm for the folded length (so 120cm total) but now see 90cm in the comments. Might be worth remaking the video for how long this takes rather than have people always confused!

    I can't get this. I watch it over and over but can't follow the parts where you say: only move this hand. Because when I watch it you reach with the hand that isn't supposed to move, and you twist the chords. I'm so frustrated with this, I'm gonna throw it in the trash. Knots have always been difficult for me. And this.project is causing me way too much stress. Is there a different instruction online that has drawings with arrows etc?

    • @camaliscorner
      @camaliscorner 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The same here. One cord on either side is too short that it is impossible to finish the project. . Non the less it is well explained.

      They are 3mm macrame cords.

    The ending was extremely confusing because it looked like you were using two different cords to wrap it up with. You folded one but you said use the longest cord. It looked like it had two ends so I couldn’t tell which one should be folded and which one should be wrapping. Also I wish you hadnt sped up the video when forming the second diamond. But I love the design and overall it was easier to follow than some others Ive seen.
