Sir I have planted my lemon tree on the ground. Sunlight during summer is adequate, but during Nov to Jan hardly 2 hours sunlight. Whether that is the reason for no flowers till date?

I have planted lemon tree from a seed in a pot it’s being almost a year now and it’s grown beautifully tall so can I add this fish fertiliser ? & the sea weed fertiliser.. pls reply when can I apply & can we apply both seaweed & fish fertiliser together or need to keep a gap in between both the fertiliser & how often shud we apply them on our plants .. plssssss reply
