PLEASE PIN THIS COMMENT, To anyone having trouble still with getting this special education psn help robot, if the robot is telling you there aren’t any agents available or it’s after business hours when you give your email and username, MAKE SURE YOU ENTER bot EMAIL AND USERNAME the EXACTLY. HOW IT IS. Yes it’s case sensitive. Meaning you must put any uppercase and lowercase lettering. I spent half a year cursing this robot out. But I randomly decided to copy and paste my email and username and it worked immediately. It will send a link to your email without the DOB bullshit. Haven’t seen any other comment address this, and I almost forgot to leave a comment, that’s how happy I was lmaoo. Good luck yall!

i get as far as entering the names with copy paste and then it sends the same DOB password "Change" not password "reset" so im commenting here in case you guys find a solution.

@TheGoatBlakeyBoiii that means some info you've entered is wrong or there is some flag on the account stopping them from sending the email. The best bet is to go into the live chat and provide the info mentioned on screen at 4:01
Does anyone know how to reset the password without of the Sony account (not ps) without the date of birth or security questions, I’ve been trying but I can’t I’ve reached support but the don’t help at all, and it says it’s an Account migration to Sony's Cloud HES service but it’s not letting me I’ve tried everything
Typically they're both one account so if you reset the password for the PlayStation one it should do the Sony one. Your only other option would be to find the DoB via other means if support will not help

You *might* be able to get it back via playstation support. They'd likely ask for proof of ID such as passport or drivers licence (if UK)

That means either some info is wrong or your account has some form of flag stopping this from working. Best bet is to just reset it through support

When I click on the "Recover Account" button, it sends me to a screen that says "Select Method to Verify" and all I can pick is my DoB.

i typed the correct email and psn id when it asked me but then it starts to ask all these other questions that i dont know or have the answers to, questions like, what was the last card number you used, whats the model number on the first conosle you made the account on, etc. is there a reason its asking this for me but not others, i thought it would just send the reset password email like it did for you. ive also done the EA method and i used the same DOB to try to login but psn network says its wrong

That means that you'll either need to follow that process of support or try via the second method utilising EA or similar

hey bro!this method seems to work for everybody but me..i have this old accound that i want back but every time i go to the support bot it just wants me to talk to an agent (there are none available) and ea method to get DoB doesn't work for me..

If the bot isn't working that typically means one of three things. It's an account protected by support (3Ls, 4Ls and single word accounts), the information that you are entering is incorrect either misentered or the account is no longer on that information. If you know that the information is correct then the only solution would be to contact playstation support. If there's no operators available that typically means that it is out of their work hours - but make sure you contact the support team for the region of your account

I do all the steps for the Sony bot, but once I put my online Id in the bot doesn’t send anymore messages
This might be a region thing as someone else had the same issue. It might be worth trying it on a VPN to a European country or the USA etc if you are not in any of those. The bot should work globally but it appears that it isn't. If that doesn't work the only option would be playstation support directly. Hope this helps

If the EA DoB isn't the same as the accounts DoB then the ea account can't have been made with the psn. Your only option would be support. You can also try other ones like a ubisoft account if you have one connected

I have a account I only have access to the email when I try to reset it it’ll pop up date of birth which I don’t remember and that’s the only way I change my password 🤦🏽♂️
This won't ask for DoB but you'll need both online ID (account name) and the email

If you have played an EA game, fortnite or GTA V the accounts for them will tell you the name of the account which you can then copy and paste. Every barcode I've ever owned I've listed the name down exactly for this reason 😂
Meanwhile the bot doesn't work at all with any of my 4Ls or 3L

The best bet would be playstation support. As long as you know the name of the account and the name on it you could potentially recover via support. They may also ask for your ID alongside the Information I put in the video

Yes, the email associated with the account is the one you need to use. Your best bet is either to get access to that email via that providers support (I know that's sometimes impossible, ive had them refuse before 😂) or option 2 is Sony support as without access if you can provide other information they may be able to reset the password and change the email. *Some of the information they ask for is shown on screen at 4:01

The only thing I could think of is that the support could be closed in your region when you are doing this. If you are in the UK it will work rn but, if you're in the US the likelihood is that the playstation support lines are closed. I'm pretty sure that they list them somewhere on the site
I thought of that but when I tried contacting another (mine is uae) they would answer and then stop as soon as they realize I'm from another region and send me a link to my region
@grindingallday3841 yea, so the only part of support that works cross region is the bot. The only option you would have if the bot isn't working would be to contact UAE support if they have live chat or by phone

What is the time stamp of what you are referring to? Psn email would be the email of the playstation account (PSN being playstation network)

What do you do when it’s says account is locked
What's the exact message it gives you? Locked normally means an account protected by support that they won't allow any changes to be made to. Typically 3Ls, 4Ls, and OGs (single word accounts) but can happen to other accounts if someone has failed to get the account back via support a set number of times. Sometimes the locked status is permanent sometimes it's temporary. Your best bet would be to try and follow the ea portion of the video.

Bot is either down or your connection might not be stable. Best bet is to try in a few hours assuming the bot isn't giving you any errors (I say this as the bot would need to respond to do this)
@@tomahawkk ok no i found another way: i got back to my EA account that i created on playstation when i bought one of they're games (i dont remember exactly what game), and has so, it automically putted my DoB in it, has i got to check the data on it.

Is this trying to use the bot or is that going into support live chat? Either you are in an unsupported region, your account is protected by support for whatever reason (and changes can't be made through the bot) or the bot has gone down but I doubt that it would be down for days without a maintenance message

There is no way of doing this unfortunately. Unless there's an old email which states it on purchases etc
