Whenever you receive your courier through ekart beware ye fraud krte hai mere sath 3 bar kr dia apna courier check kr k hi lijye maine customer care pe call kia to usne mere account ki details le li k apka refund krna hai then he ask for OTP maine otp nahi dia to vo panic ho gya aur mere account ka balance batane lag gya maine apne husband ko transfer kr diye paise to usne vo bi bataya k apne itne paise transfer kr dye is nam k person ko muje krh ra tha abi tumhara account khali krta hu
No you will have to stand outside.. Till the details of your delivery executive been send to your number.. Then the delivery executive will hand over the package to you.. Ekart directly can't give you the package
