Chase do you feel like you torque the 5 bar rod a bit when your passing it through fast? I feel like I want the "feel" of torque down oin the rod down, even though its the 5 bar, and it may not be much of a push down torque.... but still should it feel like the downward torque you use on 2 and 3 bar? Love your videos.
It’s just my instinct that even though it’s the five rod the physics should still be the same? Just to be clear when you pass with the five bar it’s more of a quick wrist motion with no torque on the rod? I mean I’m not trying to say I’m snapping it through a zillion miles an hour but I feel like I should have some downward pressure on the 5 rod when I’m snapping it through? Love your videos you are my favorite foos pro on TH-cam been watching them all multiple times!
You can get some flex with a near wall pass. I’m just struggling with my five bar grip. I feel like when I go to pass I open my hand up a little bit and it’s just not as efficient ... I’d like to stay with a closed hand grip during a TicTac and then seamlessly pass it without my hand position changing I feel like I slightly change my hand position and open my hand a bit when trying to snap it through. Do a video on five bar grip and wrist motion! You’re the man!
Great video, thank you! I think some of the wall pass sequence may have been cut? When I watch, around 3:05 it cuts from talking about inertia to demonstrating the complete wall pass motion.
Gotcha, thanks! This video inspired me to work on getting my wall pass tigher. I'd mostly been working on lateral speed, but sometimes I swing too early.
I'm finding out there is nothing more important in foosball than passing. It's the entire game damn near!! I've just got a table this past year and if u cant pass u ain't gonna win against anybody good . Ever
I have watch this video with lots of pleasure and focus. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for your true effort - making us better players, great explanations!
Excellent presentation and content. Thank you that’s what I’ve been needing.
Thanks Chase do you have a tutorial about CATCHING hard stick passes IE: right handed grip etc
Dude ... thanks for picking up where UnrealFoos left off ....
Thank chase, see ya at worlds.looking foward to meeting you.eric newton says you are super nice guy.
Thanks a lot! Excellent didactic skills btw!
P.S. I hope I can make this work on a Leonard table (much slimmer feet of the men).
I had to look up the word didactic, but I agree 100%
I think the bounce pass is great in this series too...
And what's probs the best table to get to get better and be a good player
Treinando aqui no Brasil.... obrigado.

Of you put too much into the pass it will kick up and hit the rod funny. I would not suggest it. Basically you want to have more of a snap.

Shawn Lindsey the physics don’t work the same because you cannot get the flex in the rod. Also thanks a ton! It means a bunch!

Best tip !!! Thanks!
Thanks I subed
Thanks
Nice.
Hello matafa
Looks difficult to catch it with the ?3bar?
I feel like, I will be able to win a match of foosball at work in a near future.
What if you have a very crappy table? and a bad ball? every time I try to make a wall pass it just get stuck on the wall
Get a good table or a good ball.....
@@ChasePennell what would you recommend that isn't terribly expensive as a lot of the tornado and pro tables are rather pricey
Matthew Arnspiger you can get some tornados for around $200 used. That or a warrior... that is about it here in the usa
But you forgot, the aerial pass
No i have a video for that too
Great video, thank you! I think some of the wall pass sequence may have been cut? When I watch, around 3:05 it cuts from talking about inertia to demonstrating the complete wall pass motion.
The cut was because i started talking about off topic stuff, but the concept is still correct.
Gotcha, thanks!

This guy sounds more like Anders holmvic than Anders holmvic does
You forgot the bump off the wall..
BCarey1970 I didn’t forget, I intentionally left it off the video. It is not needed for the series
