  • This is the second river of the weekend and this series. We actually came just to float Eleven Point and the night before decided to float the other two also. This section was beautiful and had some good fish. Once we got to Greer Spring, I stopped fishing because of the trout regulations.

    Gosh that's nice! I live about five miles down the road from the Greer bridge. 20 years now & I've never been on the river. Sure are a lot of kayaks & canoes & river boats going by the house though. I've thought about setting up a lemonaide stand.
    There is a new BB'Q place about to open, near the river on 19

      @bradrock7731 I'd stop for some lemonade 😆 it was a nice area for sure. It's the only area I've floated so far. I just did the upper Jacks Fork, and it was amazing. Thanks for stopping by. Good luck out there.

    Another enjoyable fishing video Larry. Beautiful River to float and fish. Those boats were pretty damn close...

      It might not look like it but the waves were good size. They did slow down. It just a tight section for boats IMO

    I love the fishing Larry, but when you went under the bridge at the end just paddling, I honestly felt like I was in the boat just paddling down the stream. That area sure makes for a nice video. Glad you got into some nice rock bass and smallmouth. 👍

      Once you get going it was good. Long slow pools in the beginning but not that bad.

    that was a tank around 10:30 or so..just a tip, hold em on fish grips for a bit and they calm down and wont do much of that flopping stuff..

    Great time on some beautiful water! I'm with you on cutting my line and losing a lure over tipping over. You're pretty lucky to have access to all these great locations.

      @@ShowMeCreeks it sure is. I’m gonna have to try that section this year. I hit the Black River last week and caught several good smallies, including a thick 18” on top water

    I think your vids are good just as they are man. Everyone has there own swing to their videos. I truly enjoy the sounds of just the outside in creek and like river videos. That is the music, lakes and ponds don't have the same affect... In my opinion

    • @ShowMeCreeks
      @ShowMeCreeks  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Justin. I use it sometimes but if I can make it quicker to edit and it still be good I will. More time fishing. 😆 🤣

    Nice video, I’ve done that float a couple times. Question, have you tried turning your kayak going in reverse and fishing.? When it’s safe of course. I have found that it works really well as that bait is coming towards you. Keep up the great videos! 🎣

    • @ShowMeCreeks
      @ShowMeCreeks  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I do turn sometimes, but not too often. If the opportunity is there, I take it. I like it coming toward them too.

      Not as much as I normally do. Maybe a couple times. It could use some water though.
