All that being said, this is a new collection box so it is almost certainly a reprint, just not a full reprint across every product.
It is a reprint in the sense that this is a new collection box. So the product hasn't technically been reprinted but the packs have been reprinted in order to make this product. Sadly it doesn't seem to be a full reprint.
