I'm seeing that investors are still interested, especially when focused on revenue, and being at a reasonable valuation. I was very scared about trying to raise in an environment like this bc I remember 2008 from a consumers point of view, ( I was broke) but these people's day to life changes very little. They usually don't go broke in downturns, they knew it was coming and most have prepared accordingly to preserve their wealth. Lance, can you speak about taking out loans and what non-VC and non-Angel options are available? I think many of us are familiar with the common corner bank unsecured loan, but what other options are out there? I recently heard someone speak about taking a loan against their investment portfolio, I didn't even know that was a thing. I wonder what other things I don't know... probably many!
