Nice simple idea. I would add a low-pass filter after the mike, to get mainly the bass beat - increases the effect.

explain the working function of MOSFET
The MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) is a semiconductor device widely used for switching and amplifying electronic signals. It has three terminals, source, gate, and drain. If current flows from the gate to the drain, the MOSFET lets a larger current flow from the source to the drain. If the gate current is increased, the drain current will follow linearly. This is called the linear range. The linear range lets the drain current increase until it has reached equilibrium with the source current. Once this happens, increasing the gate current will not affect the drain current. This is called the saturation range.
Another way to think of it is as a tap. The source is where the water supply is, the gate is the handle, and the drain is where the water comes out. You can turn the handle (gate) up, but at a certain point it doesn’t result in a change in output (saturation range).

Hey brother. Is it possible to replace the condenser mic with a jack input? So I can plug an audio source straight into it!
Yes possible but I have not tested yet buddy. And one more thing why you should connect you expensive phone with your audio jack. If you do anything wrong then the headphone jack will not work any more. So, besure what you are doing. Cheers! 😉

What will happen if I use 4v led strip and replace potentiometer by1k resistance but rest of the things unchanged
1k pot is ok but you have to make the 4v led strip running at 12V

You can use any Low Range Resistor below 10k instead of 10kpot but in that case you will get a fixed depth of blinking.
Can i add capacitor in the line with the mic to boost the signal?? So that the. Brightness of the led is in full wave??

You stick it directly to the speaker, I thought you will put it a good distance to test the sensitivity
you can keep it far but my condenser mic is small so I fixed it in front of my phone speaker with tape

Thought this before but if I use 3.5mm jack then you will not able to hear music because of audio jack
