Congratulations on purchasing your Flexi-Fix toilet seat from Croydex! Our Flexi-Fix toilet seats are easy to install and fit the majority of UK toilet pans.*
Once you've followed this guide to install your seat correctly, you should benefit from a seat that never comes loose again!
Please follow the instructions carefully and when necessary refer to the printed instructions contained within the product packaging.

00:00 Pre-Installation Steps 1-8
00:07 (1) Remove old seat
00:13 (2) Thoroughly clean and dry pan
00:19 (3) TOP TIP (Cover pan with clingfilm to avoid wet hands)
00:37 (4) Double check seat shape fits pan
00:44 (5) Align for best fit
00:47 (6) Check seat rests back at an angle
00:51 (7) Remove hygiene film (for seats with film) & check box components with printed itemised component list
01:07 (8) Remove adhesive film from Flexi-Fix hinges ready for installation
01:14 Installation Steps 1-10
01:17 (Check if pan is Top or Bottom fix)
01:22 (1) Semi-tighten Flexi-Fix bracket
02:18 (2) Attach spacer bar onto hinge pillars
(NOTE: Check printed instructions whether to use inside our outside holes - this will vary depending on exact Flexi-Fix seat you have purchased)
02:29 (3) Align seat to bracket pillars
02:32 (4) Adjust position for best fit
02:49 (5) Press down on the back of the seat to adhere hinge pads onto the pan (Press and hold for 20 seconds minimum)
03:02 (6) Fully tighten the bolts using the Allen Key provided
03:09 (7) Remove spacer bar
03:13 (8) Push on decorative hinge caps
03:18 (9) Click seat into place (align seat onto pillars and lightly push down)
03:24 (10) Check quick release button
*Check shape of pan before buying your seat. Most traditional pans are rounded, requiring a rounded seat style. Contemporary pans can be either rounded or 'D-shaped' - it should be clear from the shape of your toilet pan which Flexi-Fix seat shape will fit best.
