    Hello, good morning.
    The NID connection goes to a physical rod and the c5 radio goes to another earth rod, that is to say, there are two different earths that must be ground

    So where did the grounding attached to the C5 go @ 1:46?

      The ground goes to an outdoor water pipe, which is seen at 3:26.

    If installing radio on a metal building, can we just ground to the closest metal support member? Otherwise, if there is no pipe in the area, can we use our own 4' grounding rod?

      Hi Mike, Yes you can use to your own provided ground rod. Check your local regulations for the correct rod length. When on top of tall commercial rooftops, I have used the nearest, thin copper pipes that are attached to hvac units with permission from building management.

    Can we make it on the same ground wire?
    Because i have only one pool of grounding

      It's not recommended, however it's better than no ground at all.

      I dont recommend the mimosa devices at all
      POE adabter issues all the way 🤮
