Absolutely awesome drive. P2 had you under pressure pretty early, made some mistakes, and nearly came back after you made a mistake, but crashed out in the end. P3 was even, for a short time, making a run at P2, but you held on and got the win. Congratulations.
Nice "W" JK! Tone to tone too. Had pressure on your for a bit but other than that, just a smooth race. Hope to see more F1 content. Max would be proud!
Consistency Consistency Consistency…. Really nice work John. Other guys has faster laps times but your average lap and % just killed them all. Looking forward to more onroad from ya! F1 is a bit on the expensive side isn’t it?
Thanks. F1 is no more expensive than the other stock classes IMO. The tires cost more but last far longer. The motor is typical stock spec high prices for the fastest options.
@@netcruzer hey thx for taking the time to respond John! Yeah budget is my biggest barrier. So I plan to get my start in GT ProSpec with a TT02R. But man I really dig the F1! Didn’t care much for it until seeing yours up close and personal! Really enjoyed the adjusting and tuning at the track on the other vid so now I want to try F1 too! Lol thanks again man!
Was that Eric Salvas calling the race? Sounded like him if not. But good run, Ive really be looking at getting one of these cars. They just look so scale and cool.
TTGT is considered the entry novice class, BUT I wouldn’t say they are easiest to drive since the TT02 is prone to oversteer and rollovers and very bouncy without proper adjustments. I’d likely say VTA is easiest, since it’s open chassis so you can run a modern Touring Car and it’s on 25.5T motor. But I’ve never raced this class so I don’t know for sure as the tires and bodies are unique. F1 is RWD and I don’t consider it easy, but it’s very smooth and satisfying to get right.
@@Dabber422 I believe you can race at Phoenix without a membership sometimes. Their upcoming Winter race in late Jan is a special deal, $50 all in for multiple classes.

What a great looking track, where is it?
Any tamiyas in flthe field? I have a roche rapide f104 conversion f1. It has a weird u plate rear suspension.
Just like a real F1 race… race starts, Red Bull checks out 😂
Wow, very nice and awesome driving! That’s a very nice track you guys race on, can I ask how long is the straight away on that track?
I don't know length of straight
Which Ontario class is easiest to drive for a beginner? F1 is what I like for the looks but is it easy to adapt to?

It’s in the thumbnail. Google map CTSR
Found it … St. Roch … nice 30 min from laval …. Awesome

I'm in Toronto. I wish I could afford to race RC. My local on road track is $144.00 a month membership and another $40.00 for the day. @@netcruzer

look at the R1 25.5t motor for your F1..
That would have been a top choice on my list but.the new zombie was available to me and I'm happy with it
Where I can buy this same F1 rc car?
What are their names?
It's in the title, and the description. Newest by Roche is Rapide Evo3. Mine is an Evo2
Brushed?
No, 25.5T sensored brushless.
Guy in second is cheating check his 25.5t... smh
He might have had more aggressive gearing, and the cars are Tech checked before each race here. I don't think he was cheating.
