I bought this and never figured it how long the out the gas in for, or what type of gas and bbs to use

You can use whatever weight bb works. Indoors I say .20-.25, outdoors usually about the same though if you want to use it as a primary, I normally do .25-.28 only.
Gas wise, green gas. To fill it completely, it usually takes about 5-6 seconds. Usually you just need to listen until it stops hissing when you fill it.

Yes you can. TAPP Airsoft have created an HPA adapter which I was planning on trying out in the future.

Hey how do you load the gas?

Just like any most gas magazines, flip it upside down and insert the nozzle into the fill valve and wait until you stop hearing hissings. Usually about 5 seconds of filling.
