I gave 35-40 interviews 5 months back after working for an IT almost for 5 years.... They all were having atleast 3 rounds to 5 rounds, and I was not able to clear until my 15th interview. At last, after 40th interview I had 7 offers .... but yes initial 10-15 ke baad to demotivation aa hi gya tha

Hi. Since you haven't ever experienced The life and journey of an IAS or JEE aspirant and are new to the concept , lemme tell you. In IAS out of a 1000 students 1 gets selected. In JEE the success rate of getting a good college is about 2% and for IIT it's 0.54% for a fellow. These exams are so tough that even if one dedicates 2 yeears of life to study 12 hrs a day then also 85% students donot succeed. And in one of ur videos u said "IAS hai ki patal hai " , it is true IAS aur JEE are no less than patal. UPSC is the toughest competitive exam in the world. JEE is 3rd or something. I think you can understand what students go through for 4 yrs
