The handle was loose, but I did not need spacers. Watching the video I realized where the little screws were. I did not even know screws were there. I found my smallest screwdriver and tightened the handle back. Thank you guys, you saved me a $75 service call. I will stay tuned. By the way I'm an 81 year old great grandmother.
Thanks to this video I knew what washers, spacers, and set screws I needed. Picked them up at Lowe’s and Home Depot and was able to fix this towel bar that has been loose for over a year! Thanks so much! 🎉
Great video. My problem is I can't loosen the bottom screw. The allen wrench sits fine, it just dead-spins and won't loosen so I can separate them Anyideas?

Spray some WD40?
Metric allen wrench
It could be tightened past the the threads and got stuck inside
