  • When Jan Broberg was 12 years old, she was abducted and sexually abused by a trusted neighbor. She told her story in the Netflix documentary Abducted in Plain Sight which became popular earlier this year.
We sat down for an exclusive interview with Jan to learn more about her healing journey. Jan talked about the power behind disclosing her story, her thoughts on forgiveness, and where she is in her healing now.
Watch the never-before-seen interview, and then share to spread this important message of hope for survivors of child sexual abuse. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
FYI: At The Younique Foundation, they inspire hope in women who were sexually abused as children or adolescents by providing healing services through retreats, support groups, and online resources. They advocate for open discussions about sexual abuse through community dialogue and social awareness. Learn more: youniquefounda...

Her parents were so naive they did not protect her. They allowed that adult man to sleep in their daughters bed for months (multiple times a week), because he said it was part of his therapy with a psychologist. How dumb can U be to allow that. Sorry, but her parents failed her many times.

Not sure why the Younique foundation was mentioned... I attended the "healing retreat" and it was NOT what they say it is.
This woman is brave and I respect her for sharing her story.
