This is by far my favorite camper. Thank you for all the information. Would you mind if I ask the brand of the rear platform you use for your yeti and do u also use a generator on that platform at the same time. Be safe, y’all

Thank you for watching as well as the feedback! This cargo carrier hitch has been amazing. We put coolers, fuel/water cans, as well as the generator there for our trips to keep extra space in the pickup bed.

    Hello my name is Alexander.
I have a question for you, how long do the batteries last and how fast do they recharge?
I also want to know if the air conditioner works with batteries or is external power required?
    Thank you.

Hey there, thanks for watching. The batteries are always charging with the solar panels on the roof as long as the sun is out. The AC needs shore power so you’ll need a generator or a 30a plug to run that. The batteries have great life but as with anything, it depends on what you’re running in the coach.

I’m considering buying one, if I do I’m definitely having some durable cover on it when I travel especially off road. I seen one where a couple scratched theirs all up(even the glass) traveling through Big Bend National Park due to the tight turns and narrow trails. It handled well for the most part just took a lot of cosmetic damage. Or I guess I can just be selective where I travel to and do my due diligence researching trail conditions. Either way, love yalls content and look forward to seeing more

Thanks Thomas. Yeah, we saw that video and it was tough to see the camper all beat up like that. I just think what you said is the way to do it, try to do some recon for where you're going and be familiar with maneuvering your truck & trailer before really pushing through tight spaces. They are built well and extremely durable, but some caution is always necessary. Handling is phenomenal, so if your travels don't usually include paved parking spots, Black Series is the way to go. Thanks for subscribing and please let us know if we can answer any other questions about your possible purchase.

Don't buy , they are junk. Our dealership quit selling them because they are awful.

      ,
No, just warning others. These are not good trailers, and the company denies every warranty claim.

Hi Tony, looking at HQ21 any quality issues or problems ? and what size pickup are you pulling with (2500 series) ?
    Nice video !
    Thanks Dave

Hey Dave, thanks for watching and we are glad you enjoyed the video. We have not had a single quality issue with our HQ21. The build, fit, and finish was better than we had expected and even surprised us as we spent time in it for our first couple of trips. We usually pull it with my ‘18 F350 dually, but Amy Jo’s ‘18 F250 pulls it without issue as well.

Don't buy. I work at a dealer who used to sell them, we dropped them because they are incredibly bad.

@@brent245 why are they bad? Please explain

    • @brent245
      @brent245 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@mollg416 poor build quality, cheap junky materials, company leaves dealerships and customers hanging with warranty issues. So awful, our dealership had to stop selling them because customers were furious.
