I watched it on .25 speed just to be sure. He put his arms up in self-defense *after* the officer put his hands up in attack. I'm not seeing their account that he attacked first??

This is disgusting!! It was about 3 seconds from the officer saying "Stop where you're at" to rushing him at full speed and attacking him. They claimed his natural reaction to lift his arms was a fighting stance!!!?? The Judge saying there is cause for a trial is almost as bad as the assault. So judge you're president is every deaf person can be assaulted because they can't hear commands? Let's not forget he didn't do anything the actual bad guy gets away by pointing at him. Sorry one command and a beatdown and arrest is not justification!

Actually, the white man they were looking for said that the black man assaulted him. They never corroborated the suspect's story just went after the black man. Afterwards, they found out the story was false and the black man never assaulted the suspect.
They were there to trespass a white man and the white man said “I was assaulted by that black guy”, and they just took his word for it and just went after him.
Police Activity has the full body cam. The alleged victim said the assault by McAlpin was caught on store video. He pointed out McAlpin to police. Sounds like there might have been 2 possible suspects from watching the video.
Those cops pounced on that guy in seconds,,and he couldn't hear them coming...startled,, automatically threw his hands up defensively...and this judge is allowing those charges to progress?? WTF??
It's not a judge. Cops charge the man, the prosecutor woukd be the first one seeing the charges and should dismiss them

Why don't you tell the whole story? The guy that accused him of assault ran from the scene. He was actually being kicked out of the gas station for causing the disturbance. The cops came up and started to talk to him he said that guy over there assaulted me, and they left, and he ran off he was white man that accused him of assault without talking to anyone else like the gas station, employees police need more training. The fact it takes you longer to go to school to cut hair. Then it does become a cop, it's crazy These cops aren't taught the laws, but they're supposed to uphold them. We need federal accountability. We need a national database, so cops can't bounce around. Department department like they do and stop giving them slaps on the wrist. No one is above the law

The solution is the Judge should have thrown that case out and the 2 officers should have been arrested. I am not a defund the police guy, many of my family members are police officers, but this is not policing. In this rationale, anyone can be jumped and taken to jail for no crime.
