As a Brit and as Smarties where a part of my childhood there is nothing wrong with eating them at 11am, I had them at 6am on Christmas day some years out of my selection box. Loving the t shirts girls x❤
I’m 74 and British. As a small child I remember some Sundays dad would go early in the morning and buy mum her favourite cream chocolates and I would get a tube of smarties. Nothing better than eating them for Sunday breakfast. Not every Sunday but as a special treat. Lovely memory.
I've never seen the British version of smarties before - only the sour US candies with the clear wrappers that twist at each end. I say there's not a dang thing wrong with a tiny sweet treat in the morning! I've been watching these angels for nearly a year now, and 90% of what they're offered is healthy, balanced food. Thank you to Alicia and Walt for sharing Ana and Guin with the world. Pure joy and innocence! ❤
I love watching Anastacia and Guinevere every day Mum and dad to . They look as always so lovely Makes my day . Love their hairstyles . Love hearing them chat And making conversation with mum .
Alicia, please stop worrying about what people think or say, or if they complain. You are an AMAZING mom, and you have the two most adorable little ladies on earth! There will always be complainers out there, but don't give them the time of day. If you feed the girls chocolate at 7:00am, you would have your reasons, and it's nobody's business! I love to see them reaching their little hands into their own special treat bags like big kids. Mustering up all the sophistication of their 2 1/2 years as they crunch.

I don't know about orange ones in the U.S.A., but the blue ones had to be withdrawn in the U.K., due to the artificial colouring making children become hyperactive ! I would never buy Smarties anyway, since they're made by Nestle. The Mars chocolate company make a better alternative called M & M's or Minstrels, which are bigger in size. There's also a peanut version for when children have become old enough to eat nuts.
