I wanna make my tank longer, not thinner. Anyone know how. its from a CB400SS, (not the Four) It's a simple single like a Yamaha SR. I have it on a Kawasaki W650.

Brake clean ? Even non chlorinated .

+E Flanagan The bottom plate was 16 gauge. The tank was a little thinner.
