Fungi Forest Lobby Early

Thanks to leftysheroes for the idea behind this trick.
As far as I know, no one has ever done Unreal's ledge boost trick on a console, so I think it might just be a bug with his emulator. With the method in this video, however, you can get to the Forest lobby without ledge boosting. It requires you to move the rocks with Chunky, but there'd be no point in going to Forest without Chunky anyway since you need him to beat the boss.
The key to doing this trick is to know where the non-slippery slopes are. Then it's just a matter of moonkicking between them. I recommend practicing everything from DK's ear onward on a completed file so you can just jump down there from the Forest lobby. The hardest part (besides getting the stupid camera to face the right way at the end ¬_¬) is the last moonkick. Try to stay as close to the island as possible and then, after you reach the slippery slope, let yourself slide off before jumping. I should have waited longer in this video.

Can you give me any tips for the moonkick on top of the Aztec entrance? It just doesn't want to work for me, which is odd because I can get it almost anywhere else I try.
