LOL Growing up I had a full size old fashioned metal chair hooded dryer that we used growing up. My mom would wash and roll my hair and I would sit under the dryer and read a book.
Great review on the Hot Head! I've known about it since 2014 or 2015. I have low to normal porosity hair, and I use a hooded dryer to deep condition and dry my styles, since it works for me. The results from using the Hot Head on your head are amazing, and your hair is retaining length based on your consistent hair regimen.
That looks really awesome. I definitely want to try it out. I hardly ever use heat in deep conditioning because it's too much lol: hair, plastic cap to keep it all together, hot towel, and another bigger plastic cap to keep the towel from dripping. I've only done it a few times, and it felt like I maybe I don't have the weight of the world on my shoulders...but definitely had it on my head 😂. My mom gave me dryer a few years ago, not the kind you mentioned in this video, but one that looked like a shower cap with a hose connected to a heater that looked like a little briefcase. I never got around to using it and ended up losing it in moving a little while later 😬. I've kept meaning to get another to get away from the whole heavy head deep conditioning, but I think I'll give Hot Head a try instead :)

I'm thinking of getting this for my mother. She has very coarse hair from her dad's side, specifically her grandmother from trinidad and tobago. I know she can have pretty curls but she liked using brazilian keratin until i told her how dangerous it is to use. She still wants to have straight hair but ill see if she wants to go curly again

This is my 2nd time using matter of fact I'm using it right now. I really loved that it worked last time I used it. I felt like my conditioner works so much better than sitting under a heating cap. I'm gonna use this from now on that way I can do other things while I am conditioning at the same time It's a win situation all the way around.👍🏽👌🏽

I just got mine today and it's exactly the same cap of yours . The only issue I have its little too big for my head lol but I love it the heat my head feels amazing.

I bought the salon care microwave cap at Sally beauty and the first time using it the elastic part of the cap gave away. Ugh couldn't hold it on my head. How is the thermal Cap you recommended? Will the elastic hold up? So disappointed.

Thank you so much for putting me on deep conditioning! The first I used it I had asked for what all brings out my curls in a shop and the lady gave me a few products that helps. Turns out one was the deep conditioner mask. I've never used one before but once I used it, I noticed a huge difference once I put it in and rinsed it out. I felt those curls activate immediately and now that I know how to use it properly, I just love it, I love them and it smells SOOOOOO good!
Is it okay to use this if you have high porosity hair? My hair has suffered a lot of damage from bleach, I need the deep conditioning but I'm also afraid of getting hygral fatigue 😬
I'm not sure about mine because it seemed like it didn't hold the heat or keep my hair hot enough I put it on for 2 minutes in the microwave the directions says don't exceed a minute and a half

So im broke so i made a very hot towel (it got cold in 30 sec) and i put a heating pad on top of it

Did you put the blueberry mask on wet hair? Can you put it on dry hair?
Wet hair especially for curly hair so you can detangle and the mask can blend easily in your hair

You could try putting a pot of water on the stove and get a bowl that fits on top and put the cap in the bowl to heat it up
