Chainsaw Man is actually one of the only mangas I've only read a lot of. I haven't gotten around to reading part 2 since there's a bunch of other stuff I have been trying to read or watch (I'm planning on getting to it eventually, tho) and I also haven't seen the anime. I kinda thought, hey, I have already experienced this story; I see no real point in experiencing it again.... though honestly I should, cause it's so awesome. I also OWN like all of part one as well lol. On top of being the only full manga series I've read, Chainsaw Man Part One is also the only one I own (my sister bought it for me knowing that I'd like it, and she's a lot bigger on manga stuff than me lol). I've thought about re-reading it, but now, having seen this video, I think I should check out the anime and see what they added and changed. I really liked how you defined adaptation by making a biology analogy... worked really well here. I honestly am kind of a little inspired to see how some other adaptations of stories I like differ from the original source material. New thing to study when I'm bored and have the time lol.
U really gotta read part 2, I don't like reading manga digitally too much but it's been worth reading every other week. Hopefully part 2's first volume gets released in English physically soon
