- Here are two online matches for Killer Instinct Season 3 on Xbox One featuring the final character of Season 3 who was also the final boss of the original Killer Instinct, Eyedol. The following matches are Retro Eyedol vs. Eyedol on the Shadow Tiger's Lair stage and Retro Eyedol vs. Retro Eyedol on the Forgotten Grotto stage. Just like I did for the video where I played as Retro Gargos, for the second match in this video I added some music from the original Killer Instinct. Judging from the new version of Eyedol. His body seems to have been cut in half. And it looks like that happened to him long ago. The only person that could've done that too his body is Tusk and his giant sword. Most likely had happened thousands of years ago. Then everyone went into a deep slumber or banished into space. Sometime later in the current time Kan Ra found Eyedol and was like oh look someone who can possibility stand a chance to my last mistake. (Kan Ra brought Gargos to Earth. He thought he could control him. Then got his ass beat.) Then in Eyedol's trailer you know what happened. Kan Ra got his ass beat again. Now Eyedol is coming for Gargos.
It's been confirmed it was Gargos. He lost a battle with him and was killed. Kan-Ra brought him back to life

Eyedol fought Gargos many centuries ago, but he lost and Gargos killed him, now Kan Ra brought him back
I like the old music better the should have both old and new music on the new ki both r hard as hell

And brown Eyedol from the arcade. The KI devs really pay attention to detail and respect the series fully.
Also, I have to applaud them for the 3-year troll in them saying "We hate Eyedol, so he's never coming back." They really know how to commit and keep the players wanting more.
I know right. I wasn't expecting Eyedol to be the final character for season 3 because of the developers saying that Eyedol is not coming back. That and then also the survey that they made asking people what characters we would like to see in the future and Eyedol was one of those characters on that list. I thought it was going to be another guest character. I was guessing it was going to be Scorpion from Mortal Kombat.
I knew either Eyedol or Eagle would be announced, the only thing I was surprised is the new design (one head chopped in two) and the gameplay, cause it's been a long advancement from Eyedol's limited but cheap gameplay in KI1
+bdcool213 I would have been pissed if they didn't bring Eyedol back, since the game wouldn't have officially brought back the OG cast from KI1 and KI2. I kept telling them, "If they don't make Eyedol for Season 3 or 4 (maybe), reboot him in KI4 as a sub-boss/servant to a more menacing boss"

Yeah what William Colon said, it is the Astral Plane stage and I guess you have to beat Shadow Lords to unlock it. Problem is that Shadow Lords isn't out yet. I believe it's out in September.

First time and he is level 3 with Eyedol. He had a couple of macthes with him.
lol yeah I probably was. I was worried I was going to mess up and kill him without doing the ultra.
I am not liking how they animated the character. For all his bulk and weight, he jumps and rolls just like any small character. Eyedol on KI Arcade felt like he was made of rock and felt really really heavy.

Se ven estúpidos los movimientos, esto ya no es killer instinc, es un juego con lucesitas, el combo breaker sale como 100 veces en un combate, bastante molesto el anunciador, musiquita estúpida acompañando el ultra... es neta!

justo eso pienso man, perdio esa esencia macabra que tenia con paisajes de fondo solitarios y macabros, ahora los fondos tienen muchas animaciones y se ven coloridos, los personajes no dam miedo ni inspiran respeto, tal vez era niño y por eso tenia miedo pero aun asi el viejo riptor, sabrewolf se veian imponentes, ahora se ven escualidos y muy animados. siempre me gusto mas ki que mk, pero creo que mk supo mantemer su esencia atra vez de los años.

Lo que imponía era hacer combos largos (no mas de 14 hits excepto Orchid) y ver como la pantalla temblaba cada madrazo bien acomodado y la sangre a montones, además de los quejidos de otro personaje y al final escuchar con satisfacción la voz del narrador...
Ese es el verdadero Killer Instinct

I’m sorry they op on game play . The game play is not smooth at all , to put it this way you do not need skill to play ki3 where ki1 and 2 if you don’t have skill your assed out and they runs way smoother in my opinion I don’t know which genius put this shit together but it’s definitely not rare
